RETURNS:

All Goods Suspected of Being Faulty Should Have A Completed RMA Form And
Emailed back to sales@simplyservices.com

You Must Include Product Code, Serial Number, Description of Fault, Invoice Number And Purchase Date.
A Returns Authorisation Number (RMA no.) Will Be Issued Within 48 Hours On Receipt of A Completed Form.

A Returns Label Will Be Faxed To You With Your RMA. Please Attach This To The Outside of The Box Being Returned. RMA Numbers Are Valid For A Maximum of 10 Working Days of Issuing.
All Items For Return Must Be Complete With Their Respective Manuals, Cables & Disks.

Items Suffering From Physical Damage Must Be Reported To Customer Services Within 24 Hours of Receipt. Subsequent Returns Will Be Rejected If Not Supported By A Customer Services Report.
