Warranty:
One year return to base warranty on all our goods unless otherwise stated. Some items Such as Monitors, Printers, Scanners carry manufacturer's own warranty and therefore the manufacturer has to be contacted directly for any warranty/claim. All customers purchasing these items must register the product with the manufacturer within 30 days.
Payment:
Cleared funds either in cash, cheque, postal order, money order, payment into LLOYDS TSB bank, bank transfer (via internet or phone banking). Debit/Credit card via nochex (add 2.9%, see www.nochex.com). Credit/Debit card via paypal (add 3.4%, see www.paypal.com). Our account is sales@simplyservices.com.

Technical Support:
All inquiries related to warranty repairs & technical support must be emailed or faxed between 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri. All inquiries will be replied by email or phone or fax.
RMA:
Returns will not be accepted without RMA number, copy of invoice and fault description. RMA form should be attached with the goods and goods should be packaged adequately. Simply Services will not be responsible for any damage to products arisen from incorrect handling or misuse by the customer. All accessories supplied with the product must be sent together.
Return of Non-Faulty Goods
If the goods were not found to be faulty, the customer will be liable to pay £10 per Item and for sending out the goods back to the sender.
Goods & Services:
Goods & Services are not sold on trial basis. Prices of goods may change at anytime. Therefore, you are advised to email or phone for latest prices.
Re-Stocking Returned Goods
Incase of any disputes and the goods have to be re-stoked then 35% will be deducted from the value of the goods being returned. Price fluctuation will apply and the lowest price will be used.
